This custom-milled, hand-dyed yarn is a true delight to work with! "Walnut" features a soft, bouncy blend of 70% suri alpaca and 30% Rambouillet, spun into a 3-ply, sportweight hank. Each skein is 250 yards, with a light brown colorway, hand-dyed using Black Walnut Husks foraged on our farm.
We lovingly raise our Alpaca and Sheep on our 20-acre regenerative farm in Eastern Iowa. Each year we send our fleeces to be professionally spun into high-quality yarns by Ewetopia Fiber Mill in Viroqua, WI.
